His help is timely (Psalm 46:1), wise (James 1:17), and effective. While the help of friends may fail, His does not. When you cannot pray for yourself, His Spirit prays for you. When you cannot fight, He fights for you.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

Make a list of what is on your shoulders. Cross out everything not actually assigned to you. Strength leaks through borrowed burdens.
You cannot fight on every front. Pick the one God is asking of you today. Let the others wait. Faithfulness is not omnipresence.
Elijah, exhausted under the broom tree, was first given food and rest before God spoke. The spiritual rests on the physical. Tend the body.
